Exodus uses a customized loot council distribution system which takes into account raider attendance, contribution, commitment, overall performance, attitude, and rarity of loot. Loot is first and foremost distributed in a way which best benefits guild progression. We strive to maintain a fair and unbiased balance between satisfying player needs while rewarding players who minimize mistakes and excel in a raid environment.

The result is an overall improvement in raid performance as players strive to do their best. While most council systems lack transparency, this publicly accessible tool allows us to track loot and attendance in a very open way. We are also willing to discuss our loot decisions after raid to give some insight into a process that is not always exact.

To minimize delays in raid composition and loot distribution, raiders are expected to maintain a list of bosses and loot they need for gear each slot. Bidding on loot must only be done in raid chat, and late bids or bids over vent or whispers are ignored.
